​    About Hailey Brunson

​Hailey Brunson (she/her) is an actor, director, writer, and costume designer. She champions the notion of being a holistic artist and is passionate about engaging in interdisciplinary, community-centered storytelling. She was born and raised in Northern Virginia where her love for creating art began.

Hailey is a graduate of Northwestern University ('21) where she received her B.S. in Communications as a Theatre major with a minor in Film and Media Studies and completed the module in Acting for the Screen. In addition to graduating with two departmental awards, Hailey was the Artistic Director of Sit & Spin Productions and a Box Office Associate at the Virginia Wadsworth Center for Performing Arts.

Hailey's most recent projects include playing Venus in the reading of AIN'T I A BEAUTY QUEEN with Center Theatre Group, Assistant Directing at Court Theatre on the production of GOSPEL AT COLONUS, and her original adaptation ANANSI THE SPIDER for TYA at IP.

When Hailey is not working, you can find her teaching yoga, reading on the beach, learning how to macramé, or hiking- probably all while sporting one of her many pairs of crocs.
